Millennials and Gen Z's LIFE is harder than ever…
Living city life whether you’re rich, middle class, or poor, is always challenging. Many of us go to college and many others are on full-time jobs.
No matter the situation it’s always stressful. No one is escaping from his daily challenges to go to work, school, or to run his/her errands.
One of the major issue that most of the millennials and gen Z around the world share is financial instability, If we take a look at some from the US, Canada, or Europe and compare them to their same generation fellows in Asia or Africa we will find the same financial issues those youngsters face.
Hypothetically, A young man or woman from a western nation splitting his time between work, college, and some other activities throughout the day, and another youngster from an eastern nation doing the same schedule every day we might see that the first one has easier access to his daily tasks and kind of reliable transportation but at the end of the day both of them are ending up with a lot of stress and overthinking that it expands from financials to emotional, etc…
For example, Millennials and Gen Z nowadays are more at risk to fall into depression, anxiety, and even worse mental illnesses. The way our world has developed even with lots of positive impacts whether on technology and medicine. The social life of young people is not improving much.
Most of the jobs offered to millennials is not a good paying job unless the individual holds a great degree from an ivy league college which the vast majority are not … Add to the city life where most if not all lives make it more hard and stressful on the youth,
But financials are not the only issue like we mentioned earlier, The social way of life for the youth is too stressful naturally. A young human being is expected to face daily challenges, at that age the human is on his beginning to build his stability. Working his/her way out to get a degree, having a job that could cover their bills and amenities, getting into relationships that has a blurry future, and could hurt them so hard emotionally that will eventually put them at risk of losing control of the wheel of their stability.
All of these challenges are gonna live with you every day. And the only escape from this struggle is to focus on the importance of these challenges and how to get over them in the right smart way. Putting the focus more on education, and work, avoiding the overthinking of the future since you’re not there yet… instead keep thinking about the present because the present is the manufacturer of your future.
Eventually, each millennial and gen Z will pass these challenges. some will do it earlier than others. and you can be one of them. Daily Stress is a part of the early stage of stability. So you control it not the opposite way. The more you push yourself and work on yourself, the more your stability will approach …
