25th Amendment and it’s urgent pass after Donald Trump’s mob chaotic attempt to overturn the electoral votes

On January 6th 2020 after president Donald Trump delivered his speech filled with a lot of encouragements for violence rioting and fake information to his pro supporters . thousands of pro Trumps rallied to the capitol Hill causing a huge chaotic mess that resulted in many injuries and 4 deaths.

The senate staff fortunately managed to take the ballots out of the senate room before the mob stormed it .

Many people were discussing if it’s possible to pass the 25th amendment and give the power to the VP Mike Pence until President elect Joe Biden takes the office in January 20th. D.Rep Ilhan Omar was the first member of the house to suggest the pass of the 25th amendment while many sources reported that many republicans from the house and the senate are so for it to give the power to VP Mike Pence until January 20th day .

It also provides that a president can be removed if the vice president and a majority of the cabinet determines he or she is “unable to discharge the powers and duties” of the office.
